At Alex Menopause Wellness, we strive to provide impactful coaching to support your wellbeing. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.

Refunds & Cancellations

Coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered. Clients can reschedule their appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Please note that late cancellations or no-shows (less than 24 hours’ notice) are charged in full. Any exceptions to this policy are made solely at Alex’s discretion.
